Nothing but great knowledgable and efficient service.Been once for a manual transmission remote starter the dealer had installed by him that I didn't understand. He helped me outside for 15m and didn't charge me anything, probably 3 years after it was installed.Brought in a used car after thieves stole it, and took out the remote start antenna and the car was rekeyed by insurance. He had it up and running in an hour and was super friendly and really fast.Would recommend this guy to anyone looking for a starter he's local and your supporting a family and local business directly rather than filtering your money down the line to corporations.

I've been seeing Doug for years, he's a great mechanic, honest and very friendly. I tend to have older vehicles and he's never steered me wrong. Steller at Deller!!! Doug took care of a warranty issue we had with a fleet truck in Grande Prairie. The whole experience from the first call to completion was excellent. I'd give them a 6th Star if there was one!

Doug is amazing! We've worked with him over the years, on variety of issues that have come up for our Mazda, Honda CRV & now, our dodge van. We appreciate his personable, yet professional interactions and his knowledge of all things auto repair. We also love that Deller Automotive is LOCAL! This is HUGE. What an absolute relief it was to work with Doug! I am someone who would rather sell my vehicle than deal with a mechanic shop, but that's impractical. After horrible experiences with the dealership I FINALLY looked elsewhere, cue Deller Automotive. They took my car into the shop when they said they would. They addressed all the concerns I had and informed me of the price prior to completing the work. They fixed all of the issues I had mentioned and caught something I had noticed but forgot to bring up to them. I 100% fully trust Deller Automotive and will be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know!!

Great guys to deal with. I did not leave feeling that my lack of knowledge on the machanical ins and outs of my vehicle was taken advantage of. Doug called to follow up on my issues before doing any work and offered me alternative options to save money. I will completely trust Deller Automotive any time I need to gake my vehicles in for maintenance.
