I want to commend two Toronto airport employees, Patricia Fogg and Sara Jane O'Brien for their outstanding assistance to me on my first travel by air since my accident which left me a paraplegic. These women were given the task of getting me off a Delta airlines Boeing 717 using an aisle chair. Because I am paralyzed from the chest down they had to lift me from the airplane seat to carry me off the aircraft. They handled me thoughtfully and efficiently and had to do some problem solving to get around obstacles in the aircraft. I appreciated their care and service then. Some days later as I was on my way out of Toronto, Ms. Fogg was again able to assist me in the airport through disability services. In allmy interactions with these women they exemplified service beyond the requirements of their jobs. Well done, ladies!
