Kim's nail

I visited as a first time customer with my step daughter for some girl time. The ladies were friendly, fantastic and so so nice. They made the experience so great. Both sets of nails are beautiful, the ladies did a wonderful job. Definitely going to be back for more services!

This was my first time going to this salon and I wasn’t that impressed. The owner herself was really nice but when I was trying to ask the lady if they had a similar nude colour to what I wanted the response from one of the employees was “how many times do I have to tell you we don’t have that.” I had just sat down maybe 30 seconds into our conversation which I found very rude.I was also there two days prior for a pedicure and the massage I received was maybe 10 seconds per foot! I get my toes done at a different salon very often and have never not received an actual massage.My shellac polish also came off one toe and when I came back the same day I got my nails done the lady only wanted to put a regular white coat on my toe and not shellac like the rest of my feet until the owner came by and told her to do shellac.In my experience some staff were rude and the quality pedicure for the price is no where near par!

Although my nails looks beautiful after my visit, I got a fungal infection on both my hands and feet after which leads me to believe there is sanitary issues here. I noticed a bad smell under one of my nails and the nail is extremely damaged.Addition: My nail tech stopped multiple times to be on her cell phone as well, which was a little bit frustrating given I was on a time crunch.

The staff are super friendly and the service is great. However, if you’re looking to get a more complicated design, I would go somewhere else. They charge you a bit much for a mediocre job. But they are very good at doing simple, cute designs.

Kim's nails is awesome! I've had great experiences each time I've gone. They do a really nice job and always make sure you're happy. I also love how they treat their customers. Kim seems to know everyone that comes in on a first name basis! It's just an all around great nail salon.

Very positive experience at Kim’s Nails today. My first time and went in for a manicure and pedicure! Beautiful job, will be going back again! Comfortable modern client chairs and superb service!

Very clean, and thorough with covid precautions. I felt safe here, with the plexiglass etc. Very welcoming, friendly staff. Kim did an amazing job on my pedicure. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this salon.

Second time I’ve gone in now for Shellac Pedicure and been overcharged based off their price list of $45. It is unethical to be charging for removal of previous shellac that was done at your own salon! This is the only salon that has ever done this in my experience.
