Interestung artifacts for those that like seeing and learning about firearms and such. Not a lot to see. Did not visit the museum. Attended my Son and Daughter's Army cadet parade and perused while waiting.

Quite likely the biggest waste - and most pathetic use - of land in all the GVRD. It is perfectly situated for park space or even for commercial/residential development. This is where the Richmond night market should be, with a lot of space for vendors and parking.Your tax dollars at work!

Very interesting armoury and lots of things to see inside- quite unique and cool experience. Definitely recommend visiting when they have an open house.

Open house here once a year. Interesting place to bring the kids for the day.

Definitely not a waste of land. I rather see the government and military claim this land for training our future military, than to have it go into more housing and commercial development. Keep Richmond as green as possible.I remember when I was a young teen, a recruitment program was present. My parents considered enlisting me into it and eventually become a cadet. The idea was very nice. Alas, I did not go through with it. The tour also opened up my eyes to what was expected. Discipline and advancing in education, as well as serving the Canadian Forces was so tempting.People who say this is a pathetic waste of space either don't know what they are talking about or they are selfish and only want to pave all of Richmond into a cement farm of high rises and shops. It's good that we have the 12th Service Company here in Richmond. It's a CF presence I do not mind paying for.
