On their website, it says to arrive 1h30 before departures.We were running little late so came 30min before departure. We were still able to take the one that we wanted to.Service is very friendly, washroom is somewhat clean. Everyone seems to be wearing masks (Covid) but one lady wasn’t!! Maybe an attendant should be moving around to check if every passengers are following the rules!

There was sufficient parking for those wanting to leave their vehicles behind. As well as two places where you could purchase food while waiting for the ferry. Nice views of St. Lawrence too.

“I’m on a BOAT!” -The Lonely IslandLove taking the ferry across le fleuve Saint-Laurent.Service is timely, with only a few minutes delay, if anything at all. Boat is spacious and relatively clean, all things considered.An hour and a half is more than enough time to get a spot in line, an hour is more realistic. Anything less than 30 mins you risk having to wait for the next ferry.

Okay. It's rated 3 stars... The ferrie service itself is great. But damn is it not chaotic when it's busy.It's impossible to plan ahead, since it's on a first come first serve basis. On a busy Sunday, we arrived 1h hour to the midday ferrie, and it was full, Infact, there was already half a lineup for the following evening ferry which was then a 3.5h wait.We made a beach day out of it and it was nice. Just be prepared to have delays due to unexpected travels.A booking system would be a great bonus , atleast one where you can book the previous day as it opens.

Pretty standard spot for a ferry crossing. Bathrooms and a little interpretation centre are adjacent to the waiting area.A few decent restaurants within walking distance. Get out of your car and explore the beach while you wait for the boat to arrive.My one complaint is that there didn’t seem to be any logic to the order they loaded vehicles. We went out of our way to arrive early, got in line, only to have vehicles that arrived 10min before the ferry get loaded well before we did.

Plan ahead it’s first come first serve . And for electric cars it is free . Nice ferry .

Good ferry service, many near attractions, if possible reach at least 2 hours before the given time, to check places, and to click pictures, otherwise half hour before is fine.Take your snack with you from your vehicle(good to bring your own munchkins) as once leave, you're not allowed to go into your vehicle. They also take care of your pets, if you have any. It'll take near about 70 minutes to reach Saint Siméon.Lost one star as you're bounded in deck and can't take pictures of outside.

We were happy to get aboard this ferry. It ran on schedule too. No breakfast which was disappointing but it's only 70 minutes across to Sainte Simeon.
