The rope on the blind in my study broke yesterday, so I was unable to open or close it. I called the people who installed it, but they were out of business. The first company I called thereafter was Ivy Rose - and I'm glad I did! Carl was able to come at the end of the day today and repaired it beautifully at a reasonable cost.
