We booked in our company pickup truck to have the AC looked at. Truck was dropped off for an inspection and when the driver picked up the trucka few days later as the part needed to be ordered, the radio button was broken and there were wires hanging from compressor. The whole radio station needs to be replaced now. At first the employee said they didn't touch the truck and wont fix it but then we said, well how did you inspect the truck to know what part was needed? Employee backtracked and then said they would fix the radio for us. The driver/office wasn't impressed with the staff and thought the staff were very rude so we took our service elsewhere to have the AC fixed. When we did a follow up to get the radio fixed. The employee now said that because we had someone else look after our truck, they now decided to not fix our radio that they damaged.This is not the first time i have heard complaints with their customer service and attitude. We should had changed vendors a long time ago,Be aware if you use their services..
