I love that I can customize the contents of the baskets for my clients and Veronica updates me on my inventory so I always know what I have to replace and what needs my attention from week to week and month to month. I've always wanted to send one one of these gift baskets. They are just so beautiful, I just never had a reason to, until recently. Working with Veronica was a pleasure, she was very professional and she even allowed me to customize it and add some items to the basket for a personal touch. Veronica put together 30 custom baskets for some very special guests for an upcoming virtual ceremony. The baskets were absolutely beautiful and all recipients had nothing but positive feedback on seeing the local products which were incorporated. If that wasn't enough, a percentage of each basket sale was donated to a local charity. I live in the USA, and wanted to send my nephew and his new wife a gift in Canada. They didn't have a wedding registry so I had to decide on something myself. I spent 3 days at least 2or 3 hours each from different venders, like Amazon, Overstock, multiple restaurants, Better Bath and Beyond, and other gift shops, to no avails. I could not get anyone to talk to and buy gift cards or pay for a special dinner at any restaurant and they either were closed or the manager was not there. I left my phone number and a message and no one returned my call. After spending hours with BBB and ordering some bedding, in the end, the person I was talking to said her manager will call me back to finalize the order and no one did. I ordered something from Amazon, and in the end, I was told they didn't deliver to that address in Canada. Overstock did not recognize the address, and the gift shops were not of any help.This was supposed to be a simple thing, but was turning into a nightmare. As I was getting ready just to send them a check instead of a gift, I clicked on the last gift shop named A Basket Because, and I could not believe my luck. A real store, and a real person telling me she lived 2 minutes from my nephew and would put a gift basket together and deliver it the next day. That wonderful young lady turned out to be Veronica. She was kind, polite, and asked me what I wanted in the basket without asking for my credit card or any other information first . She, actually put the basket together and delivered it before sending me an invoice. She sent me a picture of the lovely basket she put together , and it was wonderful. Thank you Veronica, I wish you the best of luck with your business and for helping me when I had given up on sending a gift to my nephew in Canada.I recommend A basket Because and Veronica hundred percent.

Highly recommended! I needed close to 50 custom baskets for work with a tight timeline and Veronica did an incredible job! She was quick to respond to every email and got them all sent out before our deadline. The prices were more than reasonable and the baskets were put together beautifully. Would definitely order again!
