SmithWerks Carpet and Upholstery Care

I found SmithWerks online and read its reviews which are nearly all positive. Now I understand why. Their operations assistant, Bree, is very helpful and recommends services that suit my needs. Their technician, Freddie, is on time and cleans our carpet with great care. Overall, I'm very pleased with their service.

Smithwerks cleans our carpets and upholstery every year and they’ve always done a fabulous job. This week, our dog was sick overnight and left an awful mess on our carpet. They were able to fit us in on an emergency basis and got the awful stains and smell out of our carpet. Amazing work!! Thank you so much Smithwerks!!!

Really appreciate how beautifully they got into the corners on the wall-to-wall. And the furniture looks so much cleaner… and brighter! And it all smells so clean. Smithwerks were easy to book, prompt, and very friendly. The technician was very efficient and made sure we had protective covers under all furniture legs. They were excellent for a condo that didn’t have access to the street and a cleaning van. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

I was looking for a deep clean of my bedroom carpet that had years of high traffic stains, and some pet stains. After engaging for a quote and sharing pictures, they advised that it's unlikely they can get the high traffic stains out as the fiber is most likely damanged, but they will give a deep clean. I was willing to give it a shot regardless as my own attempts had failed with a bissel unit and a home depot rental unit.In the end the high traffic stains did not come out, but the carpet was clean. They did get the pet stains out that i had tried to remove with a bissel spot cleaner but failed.In the end the technician Nick was friendly, responsive, and offered to come early if i could arrange, which i did. Nick was informative before and after the cleaning, also setting expectations that the high traffic stains are unlikely to come out.Generally very happy with the service.
