I don’t shop here and do not recommend. I brought in a brand new item. Used once. They made me an offer and I laughed and asked for my item back. It was in amazing condition. Within the season they would be selling for, and sell it for the absolute maximum price. They give you pennies for what your stuff is actually worth. You are better to go on Facebook marketplace.

Went into Play it Again Sports to trade in some ice skates. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Trade-in prices were reasonable. They helped our daughter fit some skates. Very pleased overall with my experience today.

Time and time again, the guys impress. Excellent rates for rentals. Great new items like snowpants, gloves and masks at half the cost of regular shops. Great trade in service. Bring it down, if they can sell it, they will! I feel like Vitto might as well be part of our family at this rate! Thank you guys!

Came in 2 days ago to rent gear for my 3 years old for the winter season (90cm snowboard) We had the gear in our hands and the staff said they couldn't rent it to us yet because they weren't ready. Received a notification this morning that they were ready for seasonal rentals, so my husband went back and they told him everything is already rented, there was none left for us... Pretty disappointing. Will not go back
