This has been THE most frustrating company to deal with. Granted we want a custom color so expected to take longer but...Our initial order went in in April. 6 weeks later the stuff arrives and it is wrong. Custom color so we wait another 6 weeks. Stuff comes but with stuff missing. Get enough posts installed to order the glass and now, 11 weeks later and the glass was to arrive today, August 19, we have just been told they are super busy in the shipping department and with any luck we will see the glass in 2 weeks. The tough part is, they just don't seem to care. Maybe because it is a frameless glass system or something but we are waiting for occupancy of our new house and these clowns don't seem to really care. One star because Google won't allow none. Shop elsewhere for your own sanity!!!Update Aug 22/22The hits just keep coming. Now I wanted a 6 foot windwall, but I got a 5 foot one. I accepted them and went to install it today. I needed 4 top and bottom rail packages to complete the install. The clowns sent 3 packages and 2 stair rail packages. The are much narrower than the other. OMG, do I have to wait another 6 weeks before we get occupancy. What a joke
