I have been bringing my cars and trucks to Avon for nearly 20 years. First to Sparky and now to Shawn. They are honest and fair and always do excellent work. Highly recommended!

Took my GMC Yukon here, and will not take my business anywhere else, but here! They were honest, professional, and didn't try to upsell me on anything! They fixed the problem that I said I was having, and were very straight to the point. Sean was extremely helpful they have been there for more than 38 years! The price was very fair for the work that needed to be done.

I went to Midas Muffler and they wanted $1,500.00 to replace one sides flex joint and cat as it is sold as one piece in my Dodge Magnum. Shawn replaced just both flex joints for $260.00 and some other work for me. He did a great job.

Shawn and everyone else that work there do an awesome job and get your car back on the road quick. He is super honest and will consistently go out of his way to make you happy. I have taken multiple cars to him and he has always been helpful and turns your vehicle around quickly. I also like that the lobby has been updated. It looks great and would be a great place to wait while you are having work done. They are very knowledgeable about GM full size SUV’s and have done great work on two of my Suburbans now.

Good honest repair shop! Sean was awesome to deal with and great work. I have always taken this car to the dealership for repair, the last two times at the dealership they left hardware off and scratched my bummer. That is why I came here, and will be returning anytime I need work done.

This place doesn't honor their word, they said $40 bucks to check a leak and they confirmed if twice. When I picked up the car they charge $45 and they said they don't know who said $40 but they were the same guys.The estimation went extremely up and when I asked how much they charge for labor they just start lying all around, when challenged them about the piece price they were on the same behavior but at the end they just imply the have a 100% margin on pieces on top of the extremely expensive labor.The worst was their diagnostic, they were confident it was a water pump needing replacement, but because I have the pump replaced recently I went to the previous place and they find out the leak to be from another part and the fix was considerably lower.

Great guys! They were able to get my daughters car in and fixed in less than 48 hours at a more than fair price. Would not hesitate to bring a car to them again.

Sean is the best! Thought I just needed front brakes but after talking to Sean he made it clear my back brakes were worse and one of the calibers was rusted and not working at all, my pads and rotors was shot and he was genuinely concerned for my safety! On his own I hade rumbling in rear end and he took upon himself self to figure out the issue and found the spare tire bolt has rusted and had broken off, he put in a plate and new bolt to boot, no charge!! On top off all that he gave me a great discount being a senior, I paid him and he threw me some money back and said thank you!!! Thank you so much Sean, Victor and the crew!!!Would highly recommend!!!

Shawn and Ryan got my radiator/overheating issue looked at right away. Ordered the parts and completed the work very quickly. Very reasonable prices and completed the job in a timely manner. I am very happy that I chose to take my vehicle to Avon Radiator!
