Had a great experience last week when my alternator belt broke. The customer service on the phone was excellent and they sent over a truck within minutes. The tow truck operator was very friendly and efficient. I felt my bill was a little high for a standard tow and when I called to inquire she informed me of a mileage mistake and promptly gave me a refund. Would definitely recommend!

Over the top service. Responsive , price as quoted, driver did his utmost to place the car inside a hard to access garage. I have used them several times and the service is always 5 star, from the call centre to the driver and everyone in between don't even think of calling anyone else.

I don’t think there was a a better tow truck company out there ! I’ve used all of he big tow truck services out there and these people are pretty great . You don’t feel your paying for stuff you don’t need , the prices are average to the other tow truck companies or better. I’ve used Brads towing at least 5 times in last year to move two different vehicles from two different car issues one was an accident the other the computer on the car went crazy and had to be towed to the dealer ship at dealer ship prices.

Driver came quickly after calling and pulled me out of the ditch quickly too. Towed it to my shop and backed it into the shop, which wasn't easy to do with the limited space the driver had to maneuver. Very appreciative for that!!

They really don't care about scratching your vehicle while towing. They should be liable for damages. They towed my vehicle and find out many scratches all round truck specially close to wheel wells, which proves they scratched it and they don't care. My vehicle was scratch less but after I picked up, it's full of scratches, which appears to come from their work clothes.

Best service ever! Saved our day in this cold weather. We only waited about 40 minutes while other company said 8 hours… the driver is very helpful and experienced, gave us useful suggestions, he’s really thinking of the customer, really nice guy, lots points to him:) The receptionist is super nice too to make me feel like they’re there to truly help.
