Simon and the rest of the crew at Aceon helped me recover years of work that was almost lost after my drive failed. They were very responsive to all my questions and even helped me out with the cost of the drive when the initial recovery was outside of my budget!Highly recommend them for all data recovery needs!

Simon was very efficient and honest. I had to get a file urgently from my damaged external hard drive, he was able to help me retrieve all my data by the next day. He is up front about what to expect, and the various charges. I highly recommend him if you need help.

They couldn't retrieve the data from my hard drive but I won't hold it against them since they were the second shop to try. They also didn't charge me. They were good to deal with, the owner called me from his vacation to discuss my case which was very good service.

Simon was great to deal with I had a unique issue with my Drobo Drive (a company that I would never ever use again) and Aceon recovered my data in its entirety in a timely fashion. It was very expensive but it was a complicated process. They walked me through everything they were doing and helped me make some sound decisions around data storage so I don't run into future issues.

I was worried when my drive crashed. I thought I had lost 15 years of family photos. I approached one company in the States who quoted $800 USD just to look at it.I went with Aceon in Vancouver. They recovered the entire drive in a very short time—and at a much lower cost.I don't want to needto use them again, but I will certainly recommend them to others in a similar situation.

I had lost all our family photos (35-40 years) from our external hard drive that crashed and I hadn't backed up-lesson learned the hard way. I was referred to Simon by a local computer company who was not able to recover the data and thought that all was possibly lost. I'm very pleased to confirm Simon was able to recover all the data and this was done promptly and communication was excellent through out the process.
