I used action insurance a few years ago. They are a very disorganized group and the insurance agents will leave you out to dry without insurance.I just saw an ad for them and the anger was reignited so I wanted to make sure I had a 1 star review for them.

We have used Action Ins for years. Would highly recommend them. They are always helpful. Always polite and easy to deal with. They return calls quickly and are always a pleasure to deal with. Good customer service is not always easy to find, but you will find it here.

First of all it's not just insurance, it's a family, Jim Turner and his team are going the extra mile for their clients. With service, value and trust in mind it should be called family insurance, your best interest is always at the fore front, you will not just be a number or treated as though are of no value like I have experienced with a larger insurance company, I will not mention any names but it sounds like TD INSURANCE. Anyway you won't be disappointed and you will be glad you made the change!

I can recommend Adam Kluczewski. I have all my insurance policy get done with him for years. Never had any problems. Every change I had to do was done promptly. I’ve reached out to her twice with insurance questions…let me mention, I’m not a client of hers (yet) but she treated me like a known friend.
