My Kaabo Mantis 8 Pro+ Electric Scooter is awesome! With its double motors, it's powerful enough to take me off road and give me an adrenaline rush. Thanks to the suspension, I can ride it all day long without getting tired!Epic Cycles made my experience enjoyable and explained the Scooter in detail. I got expert advice and all my needs were met.Definitely coming back!

Disappointing experience with their online shopping web portal. Zero communication from the vendor and unnecessarily slow refund process that only punishes the customer in the end. Updated on 03.31.23: Michael went out of his way to make things right and in the end it was a matter of a small misunderstanding. May I suggest in the future that you’re more transparent about your online purchase guidelines. As much as I appreciate the security protocol, there was a communication breakdown that left me hanging for a while. Just a suggestion but otherwise I’m very happy with the experience. Updated on 04/03/01, issue has been resolved to my satisfaction, hence I changed ratings to 4 stars as the staff at these locations are professional and seem to genuinely have the customer's interest at heart.

Bought a Warrior X Pro from these guys. If you’re looking to buy any electric vehicle products I’d shop here. They’re super friendly and responsive and patient. I must have asked 90 questions and they were quick to answer all of them. The e-scooter industry is complicated. Lotta brands etc. lotta parts. Lotta competition too. These guys were very knowledgeable and approachable. My scooter was also missing the headlight and they kindly said they’re shipping me the part, no questions asked. If I survive riding this thing I’ll be sure to buy my next one from them. Love my warrior!

Good experience with the sales team and it looks like a well equipped and staffed shop. Good selection of bikes to try out and very reasonable test drive policy and times, very happy with our Magnum ebike so far.

Just purchased an Ebike from Epic cycle at their Toronto Junction location. The staff were friendly and knowledgable. They had me set up with a bike , helmet and lock, built from the box and on my way in a couple of hours. Even had a test drive on a side street before choosing the model. Recently purcased a Magnum Metro 750 from Epic Cycle in the Junction. Aristotle was great. He made sure I took all the time I needed encouraged me to take a long test ride on more than one style on bike to be sure I was getting what I wanted. Finally he answered all my questions to my sastisfaction and offered even more knowledgeable info about the bike (ie. things I had not thought of.) I would highly recommend Epic Cyles in the Junction for all your bike needs. Having someone like Aristotle there just makes the experience all the better.

I shopped around for a couple of E BIKES in the Spring of 2022. After trying a bunch of different Ebikes from other places I really liked the magnum 750 metro. I easily get over 120 km on one charge if you use tour mode. My wife keeps telling me that this was the best Investment I ever made and love's her bike. We did a lot of biking this summer. Can't wait for spring, Berry Paul and Mike where very helpful and took care of any small adjustments. Extra power comes in handy, no problem going up steep hill's . Keep up the good work guys. They won't disappoint you.
