Terrible place - a complete rip-off. Honestly the people running this business are much more concerned with short term monetary profit than maintaining a long term clientele. Horrible way of conducting business. They did not honour my Groupon voucher and refused to reschedule because I didn't cancel 24 hrs in advance. This is written in the very fine print, so beware!! They will use this as an excuse to rip you off. I actually tried calling them to reschedule way before but they never, ever pick up or call back to voice-mail. And I only later found out that their reminder e-mail" was in my junkmail inbox. Disgusting business run by extremely rude people."

The staff is kind, helpful and informative. It really shows they're not only doing it for the money, they want to improve the lives of their clients. As for me, I went there because I fell and hurt my back, and, no lie, after just one session I felt like I didn't fall at all, it was like a dream come true, I couldn't stop myself from smiling because I was so happy. I highly recommend this place.

Patrick is the best massage therapist I've ever had, hands down (no pun intended). I would crawl onto the massage table in pain and get off an hour later being able to function.

Was not a great experience. Then again it was a voucher. The chiropract listened intently, asking questions, was knowledgeable about where my pains were in my back and things I could do to correct my posture. It was something she said that turned me off..she asked me where I was from and when I asked her why she asked, she said “I am just asking because in Quebec we are mostly white but slowly that’s not the case, i was also wondering because of the color of your skin”. I couldn’t believe she said that. I finished meeting with her and moved on to get my massage. The masseuse was accommodating in that I asked her to go deep which she did but she went from light massage to total pressure right away. After applying a cream that is similar to icy hot and feeling like my skin was burning, she proceeded to throw a really harsh towel over my back rubbing the icy hot cream off as if I was a car. She later told me that next time I come she could go more slow. The only positive was that I had an assessment with exercises that I could do, but nothing I couldn’t get from google. Safe to say I am not going back there. I left with the remaining icy hot on my back and went out in -30 degree weather slightly feeling the cream still on my back. After my massage, the masseuse tells me that they have a special two for one. 90 dollars for two massages, making it 45 dollars each massage compared to the total that I payed which was 60$. So left feeling like that deal was not a deal at all. Anyway not going back there, so.

Bought a voucher from Groupon and could never get in touch via email or calling to book an appointment. Waste of time.

for people coming from another province there’s a different system here.There’s preliminary diagnosis where you have to undress and be assessed which will take about 15-20mins and will cost you 85$Next you would be REQUIRED to take x-ray and will be referred to another place 90$ they will give you a CD which you paid for that the Chiro gets to keep instead of handing your information back to you or the amount you paid must include cost of CD anywho they could save the data and return back the CD, but they don’t instead will email you your x-rays.Then the Dr will read charts takes her few minutes but it’s 75$ then she will do the cracking same day after reading the x-rays which is +55$.Tell me how the workflow process could have been improved if you see them?! not seamless but Dr Sylvie is nice. I’m not a chiropractor believer there is no clinical evidence it was for fun, felt good.

I’ve been going to see Sylvie for over a year and I really appreciate her service. I went in for a back problem and with repeated sessions, I saw a real improvement in my condition. She’s super friendly and really listens to me.

From the moment you walk in, to the patient care and the moment you leave - you are truly treated like family. There is no better service in a big city, not just a number in this office. Super friendly and personable chiropractor! I also appreciate that the office is bilingual.
