We've had Nik construction at our home for multiple projects and have been super happy every time. They've installed flooring, fixed my fence, created a parking pad, and did the grading around my entire house. They have high standards so the finished product is always amazing. They also have great communication so you know exactly what's going on with your project at all times. Our neighbours even commented on how nice their work is, and have mentioned how impressed they were with how clean Nik kept the work site. Highly recommend!!!

I flip houses and have numerous house rentals, and have worked with Nik Renovations for the past 8 years, with outstanding results and complete satisfaction. Nik is able to do any kind of work, from landscaping, fence and deck building, to roofing, siding and that’s just the outside! For the inside he can complete the smallest repair to a complete house renovation/demolition, from flooring, tiling, painting, and complete basement, kitchen and bathroom construction. As well, Nik can be employed as a contractor as well as for sourcing all necessary trades, work permits, materials and supplies to meet your construction requests. Nik is an exceptional, trustworthy worker, who is always on time, precise, maintains a tidy and safe work place, and is detail oriented and — basically a perfectionist at heart. Nik and his team did an amazing job on a large scale full home reno. Was a big job that was going to take some time but the best thing about Nik was his focus on details and perfection. If the project wasn't finished to his satisfaction he would stay late until everything was as close to perfect as possible. We have an amazing new home now thanks to him and his team!

Nik and his team did a FABULOUS job of painting and some small renos at our home... even though the house is not new it sure looks and feels like one! They were efficient and went over and above what was expected... they were also tremendously pleasant to have working in our house... not a foul word was heard the entire time they were there!

We recently moved into a house with an unfinished basement that we wanted to develop. Two independent friends recommended Nik Construction. Nik came over, reviewed the plan and provided a reasonable quote within a few days, which we accepted. Nik and his team started on the day that they said they would and worked until it was completed. They paid great attention to detail, quality, provided suggestions along the way and resolved any problems that came up without question. We are really happy with the basement which was completed on schedule with no additional costs. It was a pleasure to have Nik and his team work on our project.

Nik is the best! After having a negative experience with a larger contractor in the area who abandoned our bathroom renovation job part-way through, Nik came to the rescue. He and his team did beautiful work, were fast and efficient, and his rates were super reasonable. He was a great communicator, very amiable and easy to work with.I had done most of the design work and ordering on the bathroom already, and he was really wonderful in being able to step in smoothly and work with what was already in motion, respecting decisions that had already been made but also bringing his own expertise to the project to improve on it. He and his colleague other Nik were also super clean and super courteous in their working habits, treating our home with real care and respect. I'm definitely calling them the next time we have a major project in the house, and you should too…!

Got great service! Nik is honest and the quality of his work is very good! I needed to get an island range hood installed. These are difficult to find as they are on back order and also install. However he helped me find a very reasonably priced product that was readily available and did a great job on the install. Highly recommend his work! Wish you all the best and I will definitely contact you again when doing future renovs.
