Great service! My husband's office chair needed a cylinder replacement and we spent days struggling to do the repair ourselves - smacking it with a mallet, using tons of WD-40, etc. Took the chair to Tras and it took staff about 1 minute to remove the old, completely stuck cylinder - we were amazed! Totally skilled professionals, know a lot about these chairs, and very friendly. Highly recommended if you need any repairs for your office chairs, they saved us having to spend several hundred dollars on a new chair.

I went to Tras to pick up an office chair for my home office. I didn't want to spend a lot and I had very specific measurements to follow as my home office is in a tight space. The staff were super friendly and took the time to show me all my available options. They even showed me how each chair worked individually. They knew I was on a strict budget and showed me some great chairs that were within my budget. Definitely recommend for any of your office needs. You don't need to pay a fortune for office supplies, come here and get great quality at a lower price! The chair I chose was a used one, and I'm super happy with my choice.

Great store with a huge selection of office furniture. Quality is much superior to office stores like Buro plus or Bureau en Gros plus Tras can custom make your furniture at very reasonable prices.Ask for Ronnie, he really knows his products very well and his customer service is excellent. Even their delivery team is very professional !!

The service is lacking on several fronts. It took over 2 months to receive my electric height adjustable desk. I kept calling to get an update and was told by the rep whom served me they hadn't received anything yet. Then out of the blue the very same rep called and left me a message stating they had been trying to get in touch with me for days. What a load of bolony! Today I decided to put the desk together and noticed no holes were pre-dilled on the panel. I called the store and the lady who answered told me there is a charge to get the hole drilled to the panel. It had to be requested beforehand when the desk was purchased. Really!!! If I bring it to the store, I would be charge an extra 35$. Keep in mind I spent over 900$ at their store and they want to break my b*$% for a measIy 35$! Are you serious right now!!! I never heard of anything quite like it before. So ridiculous! Poor quality in terms of customer service and a profound lack of judgement on their part. Talk about a way to spoil a customer's experience with false expectations, lack of transparency. This is almost 2019. They gotta better. Very competitive out theres. Not to mention the model in tge retail industry is changing. TRAS better get with it. I will certainly won't be recommending TRAS. Very desapointing!

i recommend you make a small abut very important change to your name; TRASH, it better defines your service and some employees on your showroom floor.

I have always been well-received, they have always taken the time to listen to my needs and help provide me with a product for our shop and our offices that was good for our budget and good for our needs..
