Overall the store is well organized and staff is helpful.. however during these covid times you expect the staff to still understand how to social distance. The man that works there (owner?) Was right up in our face and kept constantly asking every 5 seconds if we needed anything...a bit much and way to close. You made us sanitize our hands when we came in, yet you do that?? Just super strange.

My brother and I have been going here for years. Staff is always super friendly and just awesome in general. The one gentleman even carried my PS5 out to my car. Highly recommend this place!!

Zero customer service skills by the workers. My 10 year old child and I were not acknowledged at all. I made eye contact with a worker upon entry and she frowned. Relax, you guys are pushing 40 and working a minimum wage job. Will be spending our money elsewhere and avoid this location.

Great store! Friendly and knowledgeable They make shopping there a pleasure.How about we rate the customers instead of the store?I bet almost every one of the bad ratings were from people who have no patience or manners and are unreasonable. I’ve been going to that store for years and I know everyone at that store and they are very good people.

Love this little store! They have lots of games and pop culture items to choose from, and there's always a little gem to be found that's on sale. The staff is welcoming, helpful and friendly!
