Came out quickly. Showed up on time for each appointment. Ordered part arrived within a day and was repaired the same day. Thank you for great service

Came and installed a part on my washer and it still didn’t work but said we have to pay for the part anyway. I told him I would not be paying for it because it didn’t fix the problem. $400 and some dollars by the way. He started yelling at me over the phone so I told him to come and remove it.He should not be in business especially dealing with the public!! It was removed the next day. He was still rude when he came.If I could I would give him a -10 star rating

This man is completely unreliable and never keeps his appointments. He makes arrangements by phone then doesn't even show up. Just absolutely terrible service.

Needed a part for a fridge on a Saturday afternoon and Lo-Cost answered the phone when I called. He was more than happy to sell me the part without a service call. When I picked up the part, he spent a few minutes walking through how to install it. Also offered if I needed help or got stuck, to give him a call and he would walk me through it! Appreciated all the help and part on a weekend!

I called and waited for 3 days and finally he showed up to check at my washer . He spent about maximum 10 min on it and tell me it needs to replace the motor and totally part and labour will be 475 dollar ...i said wow that is a lots to repair maybe I better off to buy a used or even new one.. Harvey is the person and he said it better to fix than buy different one... I said i needs to think about it first before I go ahead...he now got really upset and said i am wasting his time . He started billed me the labour and service charge for 120 for the time he had been there ... I said i didn't have my wallet and my place is about 5 min from here ... he said he will start charge me the time to wait on top of the current invoice. I said i can go to the office to pay if that the case or will mail the cheque... He said No because he doesn't trust me and start calling racist name . He is a very racist person and totally rude and try to take money from customer . I did call the police and report him . Be aware of this person . Not a good business to deal with .

very very poor customer service! did not show up first day, did not call to say why. I called the next day to find out why, and he said he had just forgot. I then re booked with him for next day, but once again he did not show up nor did he call to say he was not going to make the appt. I found him very impersonal on the phone, and no apology offered for the cancellation. I highly suggest not to use this unreliable company.

I hate that I have to give this guy even one star. We booked an appointment and he didn't show. Didn't even have the courtesy to call to say that and rebook. Waste of my time that's for sure. Don't bother with this guy!!

This man is an incredibly inconsiderate person, an idiot or both. Booked appointment for 3 days forward but on date and time did not show up. Waited 30 minutes past appointment time and called. Surprise no record of appointment. Was on call so took my number and said he would call back right after appointment. Surprise surprise, no call back. How this person is in business is a mystery.Don't waste your time with this guy.

Had him come by to check why my washer tub was overflowing ,said there was no problem with the machine, charged me 120.00 and basically nothing got fixed, he insisted it was overfill because my sewer drain near the machine was plugged. I He also said he didn't have his receipt book with him Nd would drop a receipt off which he didn't do of course! I'll be contacting him to get my money back! Had to get a real appliance repair guy the next day to tell me it was a sensor and fixed it no problem
