Wonderful customer service from very knowledgeable employees. The manager Abu spent a couple hours going over all our options, never pressuring us but just giving us all the relevant information about phone and internet plans. Will absolutely return to this location for everything I need in the future.

I can not say enough how much my wife and I appreciate the customer service that Kenny provided to my mother when we were getting her new iPhone set up. Kenny has help us many times in the past and he always looks to get the most appropriate plan for an individual. He goes out of his way to ensure that everything is clear and understood. Last night his manager, Mike, also stepped in to help as Kenny was helping multiple customers. I highly recommend people reach out to Kenny for any needs related to Bell Mobile Plans / phones.

Most unique above and beyond experience ever. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile and asked if they can help, if you’re just browsing you are free to do so, no pressure, but when you have questions, that’s when I’ve never seen anything like this. They don’t feel like “sales people”, and they certainly don’t try to sell you a “product”, what they sell you is value!!!! Based on your needs you are presented with an array of options, and explained pros and cons for all of them (which usually leads me to buying the better of the choices), but that honesty and genuineness is so important and rare. I have not only purchased multiple things here, including warranties on high ticket items (again because I wasn’t “pitched” a warranty but the value it has from a consumers perspective) but have switched providers, added services and even have friends now driving across the city just to shop with this wonderful team. Mike, Kenny, and the rest of the staff are all fantastic (I apologize if I didn’t mention you by name, I just see Mike and Kenny the most coincidentally).I will never shop anywhere else. Bravo for making shopping less stressful, fun, and more human. We’ll done, the entire team at the source in the beaches are 100% worth the visit.

Went in tonight to buy some new headphones and walked out with a new cell plan that’s 30$ cheaper than I was paying and a whole lot of other helpful tidbits of information. Kenny went above and beyond to be the most helpful, kind and patient person. All the stars belong to him, he’s a true gem.

It’s not possible to walk in and make a simple purchase at this place. If I ask for a battery, then that’s all I need. Please don’t harangue me with aggressive sales pitches for cellular plans and so on. And if I say “I’m not interested, thanks” then please, back off!So it’s been three weeks since I wrote that and, to their credit, the business replied with an assurance that they would raise the issue with their management team. But if they did, it doesn’t appear to have had any impact because exactly the same thing happened today. I needed another battery so I thought I’d give them another chance. Walked in and said “I need a CR2032 battery. That’s all I need.” Got a sales pitch for cellular plans. Said “Please, no, I’m not interested” and he carried on. I won’t be going back.

My daughter and I had an amazing experience! Zulaal's and Kenny's in depth knowledge and great way of explaining the various options in simple terms, ensured we left very satisfied and with great products. They turned our day around with their friendly approach and the deals they secured for us. Highly recommend!
