I asked for my waist length hair to be cut to my bra and it was cut to my shoulders. I also had to wait until Joanne finished her neighbor's kids that missed their appointment. I will not return.

Love the ladies there, so friendly. Nancy Bodrug is my fave! Always cheerful with a lovely smile and so good at her job. She looked at my hair for about a moment and matched it exactly! So impressive! Well worth going there
