Don't recommend going here. Sat in the parking lot for nearly an hour while management brushed us off everytime we tried to go in and ask just to pick up our truck. Other people were waiting outside for just as long, getting just as much attitude and horrible customer service as we did.

Went to pick up a truck I reserved on Friday got calls from uhaul Saturday explaining my reservation another Sunday telling me they’ll be reserving a 15foot instead An they called me again the same day to make sure about it plus 2 emails an I get there An they don’t have my truck an tells me to go somewhere else, once I get my truck I’m not using this service again. Customer service was rude An wasn’t any help

Rented trailers here a few times. “Most” of the staff here is super friendly. U-haul is a difficult company to be in business with so it’s somewhat understandable.

Bring your patience. Outdated computer system with old Bell copper wires feeding the area. Hopefully when Fibre optic cable comes up to industrial area it will improve!
