We have been a client of Dentrix for 25 years. 10 weeks ago we upgraded to the latest G7 version. We have not been able to reliably send insurance claims via iTrans since. Our supply rep Cole has been empathetic and reliable however managers at both Dentrix and Schein have not. Voicemails and emails go unanswered. Meanwhile we have accumulated over $5000 in extra IT support to help us limp" along with this Dentrix problem. I guess we are just one of thousands of Schein clients; so much for 25 years."
