One star at best. I ordered 300 printed papers and somehow it got doubled. The double was printing BLANK pieces of paper so definitely reusable! So I watched 600 pieces of paper print and had to organize and separate the 300 pieces from the 300 bonk pieces of paper (I told the staff standing there the moment it started happening) and the staff member still charged me $59 for 300 BLANK pieces of paper! Lesson learned. Avoid this place

Very clean, did not have what I was looking for. Nobody asked if I needed help finding anything.

This place has a surprising array of tech gadgets as well as office supplies. The people who work here are very friendly and helpful.

They will lie to your face.I asked about the business preferred program and they told me I can get free business cards online. Turns out that's a huge lie, it costs the full price of business cards even after signing up for your preferred business" account. Thanks for wasting my time!!!!!!!!!"

No Canada Post ExpresPost Envelopes $51 to $59 w/ FedEx or Purolator, but Canda Post was $24 bucks...

Literally just told by customer service that they do not answer their phone if there's a customer in the store. This is why this company is dying

They have things like every other staples. If you don't know staples you're probably not interested.

They misplaced and mispriced an item. The two young kids working till were rude af. They made me walk all the way to the isle and snap a photo of the error, they then argued with me saying they won't honor the price.. it was priced at $14 but rang up as $40 at the till. The kids groaned and hesitated to call the manager when I asked. I've never in my life had to ask to speak to a manager, I wasn't mad at this point I just wanted someone with more experience to resolve the issue since the two kids were useless. The manager said to honor the price so the kid had to get a code from another worker but wouldn't explain the situation to him so the manager had to come back a second time and to tell them to honor it. It was absolute chaos and took 4 workers to fix their error. Highly recommend hiring people with basic customer service skills. The till worker then ignored my client when she said have a good day". If they didn't make the error in the first place this situation would have been avoided. I would have paid the difference if it were myself but my client has limited funding and to price a white board at $14 than have it ring up at $40 where she'd have to put it back is embarrassing. Figure your s*** out."

The most arrogant rude location ever. The only skills they have is lack of enthusiasm to help customers. These people need to figure out what customer service is. If you’re not happy with your job then get something else? Customers shouldn’t feel your hate and frustration because you’re not happy with your life. I won’t be shopping there.
