Had 5 sports jackets cleaned. Upon pickup, 2 had black pen pen mark-like stains on them which were not there when I took them in. Also, one jacket was damage in the front.Paid 70 dollars to have over 300 dollars of clothes damaged.

I’ve used One cleaners for several years for dry cleaning, alterations and rug cleaning. They are excellent. Isabel is so friendly and very professional. I’ve also on occasion used their wash and fold service and everything was always immaculate!

Ruined $200 worth of clothes with a faulty alteration. When simply asked to refund the alteration fee, the owner became unhinged, yelling at me in the store, and threatened to call the police. Avoid going here for alterations unless you want clothes destroyed.

Excellent experience and very friendly. I took 3 carpets to be cleaned here and I’m very please with the results. One of the carpets was delayed and the owner delivered to my house. Would definitely use them again.
