We booked home inspection with HiTech Home & Building Inspection on February 13th 2020 and we had an amazing experience with Andrew Marioselva. Being a first-time home buyer, we had tones of doubts. He is very friendly with pleasant personality and Educated me on everything he was doing and what to do to fix these problems. He patiently explained what we have do and not to in the future maintenances. His reports are easy to understand, and it has documented so it will be useful for future renovations. The photos he takes are included in the reports pointing out the specific issues. Would defiantly recommend him to my family and friends.

Bought a brand new house and we were recommended HiTech through a good friend to complete the 30 day Tarion New Home warranty. Andrew inspected our house and I would say he did a very thorough review of our new home for any defects, including any cosmetic issues. He found 2 major issues; less insulation in the attic and poorly installed hardwood flooring. We paid lot of money to do this upgrade. Andrew has completed and submitted our Tarion warranty form. Also we received professional done inspection report with photos. Builder put more insulation in the attic and replaced / repaired our flooring. We are in this house almost 10 years now and never had any issues till now. I would definitely recommend Andrew and HiTech.

Andrew performed my home inspection on Sept 24, 2018 and I could not be happier with the service I received!Andrew was not only flexible and professional in booking the home inspection on tight timelines, but he was courteous and patient during the home inspection. Andrew did my new home year end inspection and he helped us identify many issues which was against the building compliance. The most important out of all the issues were identified was that the builder made the walk out access door installation where the door is installed almost at the same level as the backyard land grading. It is obvious the water gets in to the basement if there is flood and will cause a huge damage and much much more money to redo the grading in the future.
