I cannot thank Dr. Umesh Jain enough for giving me a new life again. I was diagnosed with a large kidney stone a few weeks back and not only he took time to see me but did a successful lithropsy on me to extract the stones. I was in so much pain due to the stones but his care, passion and empathy for his patients really healed me. I am stone free now. The best quality of his is that he cares about his patients genuinely. Thanks Dr. Jain :)

Dr Jain Ignored me twice after I complained of pain so I had to endure three months of post operative pain. You might want to chose another surgeon.

Very hard to communicate with.Phones for the Dr. Office don't answer any calls even on the scheduled appointment time, since it was an over the phone appointment it doesn't make any sense to me.

I had a telephone consult with Dr Jain a few wks ago. Found him very rude. Would not listen to my bladder issues and have therefore decided to consult another urologist.

Dr. Jain, is a good Doctor.He performed surgery on me 15 years ago and did a great job, everything turned out well. More recently I was having other issues when I called and left a message he responded quickly and sent prescription to pharmacy that fixed my issues. He is definitely busy and overwhelmed as many of the doctors are in a large city. That being said, it is our job to describe issues and stay on top of things for our own self, by asking the questions and for more time as necessary. I give Dr. Jain 5 stars for helping me.

Dr. Jain is very professional and experienced surgeon.I have followed his recommendations and he fixed my prostate problem.Some reviews say he is rude... No.He is just laconic. Saves time of unnecessary chatting.
