ONE Touch Nail & Beauty Salon

I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure, but at the end of my manicure, I realized they don't do polish. I honestly had no idea. I rarely get my nails done and the few times I've done this, they always added nail polish. So to my utter shock, I didn't realize this was for just a clean up for $45! I told the front desk that I had no idea and I would need to cancel my pedicure. They charged me $25 to cancel the pedicure and tried to convince me to add shellac even though I told them I wasn't interested. Honestly I felt very intimidated the way the manager and the 2 assistants handled the situation. Would not recommend at all and am truly amazed that I paid almost $100 (tax and tip) for a clean up. It was uncomfortable trying to talk to management and I felt unwelcome at the end of the experience.

It was my 3rd time getting my nails done by Lana, I love them every time. I am pretty boring I just get the gel with colour (very neutral) I get a lot of compliments. I recently got the pedicure with shellac by Vika and I am now converted to the Russian style as well. It is not cheap, but you get what you pay for and the attention to detail and the time they take is totally worth it. If you are looking for a fast manicure or pedicure this is not the place for you. They put how long it will take for their services in the booking and they are accurate.

I have never had such an amazing manicure and pedicure. Not only is the final result amazing but the service was impeccable. Incredibly attentive and not rushed, my tech Victoria was so thorough, friendly and attentive. She was patient and clearly talented. The techniques were fantastic and I can’t stop staring at my nails. I’ll never go anywhere else.

The new salon in south Mississauga is gorgeous. Fresh, clean, and relaxing atmosphere. Lots of attention to detail and very precise manicure. All of the tools are sterilized and individually packaged. I walked in with nails battered from gardening and walked out with magazine worthy hands. Thank you!

The best Russian manicure I’ve ever had! I got a gel strengthening and shellac manicure with Karina C and she did an amazing job!! Love the precision and attention to detail that she has!

I am from Ottawa and in Toronto for an event. I wanted to get my nails done beforehand so I did a quick Google search of nail salons in the area I'd be staying and this one was the highest rated, which I now know is totally warranted!I have never, ever had a more thorough or detailed manicure in my life. Karina was so gentle and so skilled and I am so glad that I chose this salon. 10/10 would recommend!

This place is the cutest little spot! Customer service was so friendly & welcoming - they offer coffee/tea/water when you enter. They were able to squeeze me in last minute which I appreciated. My nail tech was also very lovely & VERY thorough. The appointment for gel ran quite long (I was there for 2.5-3 hours for a refill and design) & the only thing I didn’t enjoy was the underlay or colour of the actual gel used. Since I got a design on 3 nails, I was hoping for a more neutral or nude colour other than a pink. Not sure if they have other colours but with it being my first time, I wasn’t sure. But I’ll know to ask next time! Overall, great service! *update* two nails have small chips after two weeks :(

What an incredible place. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the attention to detail is outstanding. Best gel manicure I have ever received!
