Would be no stars if this was possible. Horrible customer service. This is the second time I've had terrible customer service with this location, not to mention the horrible advice given to me by the “hair specialists” that work here multiple times.Tonight I was running behind after a long day, my google maps said that I would be at this location right at 6:59pm. So I called to see if they could please not close early as I was going to be there right before close. The one staff couldn't make a final decision as there was a manger on shift who had to make that call, so as the manager dealt with another customer, this staff member helped me grab my stuff I needed off the shelf so it would all be ready to go. The manager got on the phone and was very firm that if the clock strikes 7, the door would be closed (okay, I understand these are the store hours but I've worked a long life of retail and customer service and personally...i don't think great customer service is a common thing these days because I would have stayed even an extra 10-20 mins if a customer called me the way I called this manager today. Where is the gratitude for your job and the customers that make it possible for you to be employed?) well, I arrive as the the clock in my car and on my cell phone still currently say 6:59pm and I can see from across the parking lot that the open sign is already off and as I get closer the white bars are already closed across the doors. I get out of my car LITERALLY as the clock turns to 7pm in hopes that maybe they are still open For me to quickly grab my stuff but Nope! Guess they really didn't want that extra sale. Close early to avoid serving me. I would have been better not calling.I will literally never even attempt to use this Sallys location again. Waste of time and the staff are, for the most part, are rude and not knowledgeable whatsoever.

If I could give this store a zero I would. If you are looking for a place where you are treated with dignity and respect and where they follow the policies dont shop here. I bought an electric hair shaver for my husband after a sales woman helped me find one that would go right to the scalp. However after doing some research an hour later while I was out doing errands I found this was a terrible shaver and doesn't take it right bald. Based on Sally Beauty's policy, they can only take shavers back if sealed and unused. This had only been an hour later from purchasing. Upon returning to their store the clerk who helped me this time was very rude and told me all shavers were final sale. Their sign and receipt says final sale only if opened. This wasn't opened. She barked back at me with no justification that it was final sale and that was that even after I pointed out her sign and the receipt and showed the time of purchase.Fortunately after leaving the store I immediately called another location and they were happy to assist me and even tried to call this location in Pitt Meadows to confirm the return however the manager I spoke with said the same sales representative hung up on her as well. I will never shop here again and all my contacts have been informed and won't be going there again. If you want to shop at Sally's go to the one in Langley. Dont waste your time at this location with a bunch of disrespectful children running the show.

If I could give one star I would. Wouldn’t give me the discount because I wasn’t physically there, I was having my mom pick up for me because I have covid. They don’t ask for I’d when you go in and just give a number. But because I called in to put products aside she was refusing. Worst customer service ever.Next time I have no problem coming in sick. Was trying to be safe.

This evening I went into Sally to by some brushes. I asked the sales clerk for some assistance, but she was busy ringing in a customer so I waited till she was done. the phone rang so the sale clerk answered it, so I waited. she was done with the phone call but instead of helping me she grabbed her cell phone and stated to text. the customer service at Sally is bad. if you are looking for good customer service don't go to Sally.

Just had the best experience at Sally's in Pitt meadows. Customer service was amazing, she was extreamly helpful with helping me choose the right match for my hair extensions. Plus they have an amazing sale going on right now!

I love this store, but I think they could do better. I have noticed that they don't have alot of products for black people. The hair I found for braiding coats too much and they only had one brand of hair. I asked several times if they can order different kinds of hair I was told we will look into it that was years ago and still nothing.

I bought hair dye and upon buying it the cashier kept gushing about how amazing their return policy is and how it lasts 90 days. Awesome, went to return it and cashier was really rude and told me it was actually 60. I don't care how long the return policy is just get it together. The girl who sold it to me was literally right there too and just sort of stood there while this whole interaction happened. Maybe this is why the store is always empty lol

I have been a regular customer at Sally Beauty, and I must say that Taylor is simply amazing! She always picks the perfect solution for my hair. Also, She is so friendly and welcoming.

Went into Sally's for the first time this morning. Was greeted with an extremely nice, knowledgeable sales women who helped me to get exactly what I needed. Took the time to explain each step and dumbed it down for me so I understood. Left feeling confident and was told to call anytime if I stumbled or forgot anything in the process for my hair care.Ok just want to update...had a great first experience...but have been going in repeatedly the last month and a half and have had very bad advice from “Janice”. Not once have the products done what she has advised!!! Very unhappy with this experience.
