Sarah has a gift of healing with her hands. She not only uses her skills and her vast knowledge of the body, she also follows her intuition and can sense what it needs to release the issues you are experiencing. She understands how the body is wired on a level few do. She is professional, caring, attentive and one of the best massage therapists I have ever had work on my very bad back and neck. I highly recommend Sarah for any massage you might need, be it therapeutic or relaxation. You will not be disappointed.

Sarah has the innate ability to find all the trigger spots that are causing my pain and releasing them to give me the most beneficial results. She is passionate about understanding how the body works and its functionality which leads to a wonderful treatment plan. The best therapist I've ever had!

By FAR the best Massage Therapist I've ever worked with!!! Sarah is the perfect combination of strength and knowledge. She helped me work through my lower back issues and kept me moving. Every time I am in Fernie Sarah is the only Therapist I will see. Looking forward to another year of Skiing and seeing Sarah!
