Friendly. They even leave early when everyone is aboard. Have canceled some flights that make my business travel difficult but really just shifts it by a day.

If I could put a negative 100 review I would. Everyone in the company in Thompson is completely idiotic. Good look to any future person looking for help on anything.

Excellent customer service!! I showed up at the airport up in Thompson, MB a day early last week. My travel agent scheduled the wrong date and I wasn't aware. At check in I was told the flight I needed to get on was completely booked and I was in a panic as I needed to urgently get back to Winnipeg. The attendant at the desk was very patient and accommodating. Without making any promises she asked me to take a seat first and had let me know she will rebook me on the flight I wanted if someone fails to show up; otherwise she will schedule me on the next available flight the morning after. In the end, I was able to get on. Now not only was she so patient and willing to help, she also rebooked my ticket waiving both the change fee and fare difference. My head wasn't all there so I wasnt able to ask for her name. She had a blonde ponytail and she went beyond her duty to assist me with a problem that wasn't even the airline's to begin with. Thank you nice lady :)

A Better flight than expected (on a 62 seater turbo prop). Very friendly staff. But walking on tarmac to plane and terminal is a challenge with ice.

I was so impressed with the two Calm Air employees that came outside the Winnipeg terminal to help me with my bags. As a double amputee it's not easy to get around. They were kind, empathetic and yet very professional. I appreciated them getting me to the gate! The flight attendants on the flight to Thompson were also great! I really had the thought I should write Calm Air to let them know how exceptional the service was that day for me. Very thankful!
