Brian is fantastic , knowledgeable and hard working . He came over right away to inspect the chimney and made sure I was all set for the winter and burning season. He’s very personable and a pleasure to talk to as well.

Brian was very thorough with his inspection, which included climbing on the roof and removing the chimney cap. He walked me through everything and gave great advice on small repairs and options for larger repairs. He was very reasonably priced as well. Would definitely recommend.

New to the area, Canterbury was recommended by a few neighbors. While during a busy time of season, I didn't wait long for an appointment. Brian was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He happily answered all my questions and provided some great info. for preventative maintenance. Great experience, would highly recommend - will definitely use them again!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, however, they are hard to get a hold of, there is no answering machine to leave a message, and after saying that they'd be back to install a chimney cap, I haven't heard back in a month.As an addition to this review, still haven't heard back after leaving messages and speaking with a not-so-helpful employee. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Canterbury assessed our chimney for cleaning and installed a new chimney liner. Brian, the Canterbury employee we've worked with, is professional, knowledgeable, honest, and extremely kind and pleasant to be around. We received excellent customer service from Brian and Canterbury.

Do not recommend! I called every year to have my chimney cleaned & INSPECTED. All they did was connect a stupid vacuum at the base of my Chimney. If you try to look up past the damper, you can't see very far as the chimney is slanted. No one every cleaned from the top of the chimney, if they had... They would have seen I had broken flue tiles!! Luckily I never had a chimney fire, yikes! I feel dumb as I called them each year to be the experts as I am not. Now I know better. Look elsewhere! Thank goodness for Reviews! Their ratings are as I would suspect, low...

Brian was absolutely awesome! They were incredible responsive when we initially requested a quote and came out the next day to write up the estimate. The pandemic caused a slight delay in the custom chimney cap manufacturing and Brian kept us continually updated on the status. The cap was installed today and it looks beautiful. Would highly recommend using this company—great experience all the way around.

The guys from Canterbury were great! Brian and Will were so friendly and helpful. So glad they were able to come and help us with the inspection of our wood burning stove and chimney prior to the sale of our house. We weren't able to get the original company here that inspected it in a timely manner and Canterbury was able to help us out with that! Thanks again and would definitely recommend you guys to others.

Worked with Brian. He was on time and courteous, explained each step he was doing, and showed me each issue he saw.When certain parts of chimney didn't need to be cleaned, he discounted the price. Recommended various options for upkeep and maintenance and what needs addressing/ what can wait.
