We homeschooled our children for 7 years and due to a lifechange, we started searching for a school that would be the best fit. I already had a couple of schools in mind until my cousin told me about The King's School. When we first drove into the school compound, my first impression was home". The buildings and the surroundings immediately gave a feeling of comfort. We were welcomed

Imagine a small private Christian school in the middle of a magnificent property right here in the heart of the Township of Langley (Milner to be precise). When you turn on the property you can physically feel that this place is different, peaceful, joyful, and beautiful. The King’s School is equipping our children academically and spiritually. Teaching the children in the ways of the Lord is an everyday thing, not just at Sunday school. It is seeing the glory and the hand of God everywhere and in everything (being math, arts, language, the magnificent ground and forest that surround the classes, Bible teaching, assemblies, music...). TKS is essential to educate the next generation of God fearing men and women in a God centered and God focussed environment. We know that when the children will be older, they will not depart from the strong Biblical foundation that they were taught at TKS (Proverbs 22:6 paraphrased)Being a “small” school has wonderful advantages:- The small class sizes are so beneficial for our children. The teaching is personal and caring, giving each student the support or challenge (s)he needs.- The children build beautiful and strong friendships with people they are with (some from kindergarten to grade 12) 5 days a week.- Everybody knows everyone by name (students, staff, parents). We are a family. We look after one another.- For children with special needs, TKS is the best environment for them to feel safe, reduce anxiety, and thrive in their education.- The passion, heart, and love of God of every person on the staff team speak of the quality of education and care our children are receiving at TKS.Our children are taught (academically, Biblically, and by example) to give their best in everything that they do. These precepts are taught everyday, from the first day of Kindergarten, all the way to Grade 12 graduation ceremony. We highly recommend The King’s School for your children’s education.

Out of the 28 reviews, many of those who gave 5 stars are associated or employed by the school. In other word, a direct conflict of interest is very obvious from the beginning to those who do pay attention to details. This is a school that is once beautiful, friendly, and encouraging to those children who are somewhat outcasts in their previous schools. But please expect no differences when you seek to transit your children to here. Among the kids there are already set groups/gangs that exercised powers among the students. New students either have to fit in, or become an outcast. There do exist a few exemplar kids who by their own unique characteristics and personalities quickly became the popular kids once their transited into this school, but for most of the times, new kids either have to fit in, or they will suffer miserably. In school, the classroom can be labelled as overcrowded, weird designed, and unruly. Kids are noisy, loud, just like normal kids in the world. You cannot really tell the differences on most of them whether they are Christians or not. Perhaps this has to do with their family values? Or how the school had taught them by the teachers' actions? Either way, without the uniforms, you don't see any differences. The best place for a kids to be in the kindergarten. That is the place where most of the gangs started to form, and unfortunately also where the bullies first joined group and show their nasties under the protection of forgiveness and grace".How is "forgiveness and grace" became associated with bullies? As those of you who have searched for a Christian school for your kids

We enrolled our children at The King's School after homeschooling for 5 years. It has been a terrific decision for our family. The smaller sized school with fantastic staff provided an atmosphere to easily transition from homeschooling and set our children for success. While you won't find everything at this school, or any school for that matter, you will find community, caring and involved teachers, quality Christ centered curriculum, and a fabulous rural, forested property that the children love.

A fantastic school set in beautiful grounds. The staff are like an extended family with a genuine feeling of community spirit. The children are blessed with the right blend of classroom activity coupled with an abundance of outdoor learning opportunities such as building wildlife habitats, growing their own produce and learning about nature whilst being right at the heart of it.There is plenty of collaboration between the school and parents, all excellently coordinated and communicated and our children are very happy there. A truly wonderful environment for our children.

Our family loves The King’s School (TKS)TKS is GOD centered Christian education school on LangleyThis small church operating school is small enough to know all of student know each other from Kindergarten to G12. Students are caring each other and helping with joy from LORD.One of the best things of TKS is “Bible memory”. Every week memorize 1~2 verve of bible and we are experiencing Bible is alive in my mind and the Words is moving myself. In TKS has amounts of international students from all around world including Asia and teachers are have good understanding and care for the different cultures and embracing the differences. The TKS has big size of property donated by big dreamer and kids are enjoying nature what God made for us. There are many matured Christian parents and we are learning a lot from them how to love God and share love of Jesus to community and children.

If you are looking for your typical run in the mill education center to drop your children off at for 10 months out of the year, then The King's School is probably not the place for you. Going from the vibrant landscape to the Christ-centered worldview that fuels the education, it is clearly a trailblazer on a path of it's own. I have had the privilege of attending this school from grade 5-12. Looking back right as I go off to pursue a B.A. In Political Studies at Trinity, I cannot feel any more prepared. Since the time I began at the King's School, I could not help but carry a sense of privilege. Like I was experiencing something that not everyone got to experience. The more I thought about what it was the harder it got to put a finger on it. Was it the tightknit community serving as my second home? Teachers going above and beyond to cater to my needs? Or my rag tag group of friends from all walks of life? I still could not figure it out. Until my graduation year when all the years spent at the school came together. Here I truly got to understand the power behind this place. Not only was I shown the path to walk, But I had a band of teachers and staff praying for me in the background. This just goes to show how deep the care is and the type of hands you are falling into should you join this community.

Who would believe that such a wonderful school was hidden right here in the Willoughby area of the Township of Langley! The King’s School is an educational gem waiting to be discovered. Excellence in academics, small class sizes, Biblical worldview, caring community, dedicated teachers and much more. All this situated on 23 acres of natural beauty with long wooded trails excellent for nature walks, a soccer field, an outdoor hockey court and large indoor gym. There’s even been a resident peacock! Students enjoy learning in natural surroundings. From the youngest kindergarten student to the graduating grade 12 student there is a sense of family involving each one and making them an integral part of the school. They grow in character and learn the joys of serving others - all this trains them not only to excel in academics but to find their purpose as they graduate.I’ve been part of The King’s School community for close to 18 years and had both my kids graduate from here. Come check it out!
