Since I had a communication problem with my last broker and I had been with that company since 1999 with no claims I needed to find a company that understood me and my concerns. As I own a condominium you need a very comprehensive package as theirby-laws are constantly changing. I found Co-operators most helpful in finding the right insurance package for my needs and not going through a broker I found that they were able to answer all my questions in regard to the insurance I chose. Amber the assistant financial advisor understood my concerns, answered all my questions and put together the right package for me. I definitely appreciated the friendly staff because that is important so thank you Co-operators.
