He came prepared with market data, stats and a plan to list our property and to ensure we get top dollar for it. He went above and beyond from staging, putting our furniture in storage, and providing us with boxes! It’s the little things that go a long way! He also helped us negotiate a great deal for our purchase, and providing us referrals for some of the best contractors to make sure we found our dream home. Along with setting us up with great lawyers to ensure we close on time. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy and sell!
