Not professional in any way , called and was told my ring would be ready in the morning , when I arrived I was treated like a liar , and told my ring wouldn't be ready yet extremely narcissistic employees... on top of it they used cheap metal instead of silver to weld on my ring . Will not be going here again . Still haven't received my ring on top of it. It's been since Wednesday 1st of June.
