Beware of this location as their manager apparently tells the employees to charge extra for certain things that ALL OTHER STARBUCKS does not. And then when you try to reach out to Beejay" the store manager he or she will not speak to you for clarification .Horrible management style"

Waited for 30 minutes for 3 coffees. Terrible service. I only instisted that that they be completed cause i had to get back to work, otherwise I likely would have waited longer. Really disapointed.

Never seen a place so welcoming as 4055 Carling Ave Starbucks. The Management and baritas are nice people who care about their customers with a smile on their faces. Every time I go, I get a great service. I would certainly recommend that people have a cup of coffee or more there.

I ordered at home and took 10 minutesto bike there to realize there was no place to lock my bike that was close to the store. I had to lock my bike to a sign that was far away but in view from the store so I could watch it hoping no one would tamper with it. My order said it would of been finished by 12:17 and i arrived there around 12:10 and i had to wait until around 12:40 having anxiety about my bike being taken since it was a decent distance away from the store. My order on the app was canceled and I had to wait at the front for 5-7 minutes for an employee to notice me and i still had to ask them instead of them asking me if they could help. When I got my order the stuff that was suppose to be warm was cold and the stuff that was suppose to be cold was room temperature. Ive had better and quicker service at a mcdonalds and wish I never went here. BTW the store was not very busy and it looked like they were only serving the drive through. Ive noticed most places comment back on bad reviews asking them to contact them about it and this place does not. Mcdonalds seems like a better company compared to this.

I grab coffee at this location once or twice a week. It is not a very busy Starbucks, with plenty of indoor seating. They also have outdoor seating when it gets warmer. Their drive-thru area can get pretty busy. Coffee is decent, and people working here are friendly and helpful. I noticed that they know many frequent customers by names (which shows that they care).

They survived 33 people 10 minutes before closing with no complaints and no mess ups!!! BEST STARBUCKS LOCATION YOU COULD FIND!!!!!

Love this spacious Starbucks location. Ample of space inside the store stand and place your order. The staff is busy and super efficient serving drive through customers while few members are dedicated to manage in store orders. Loved how they managed and got every order right during the storm that hit the neighborhood in May 2022. They made sure every customer left the store with a smile, warm food and hot coffee ☕️

The location, the baristas and the drive thru are amazing. The issue with this location is the manager Kat. Unfortunately, her presence, management style, customer treatment and lack of knowledge relating to beverage preparation is the reason for the 1 star.If she was not present at the store it would get a 5 star.
