I love this store. I have done several renovations over the decades and always end up buying my tiles here. The staff is friendly and very professional. Their advice is great. They have many small show rooms that provide a good visual of final design and what the product looks like on the floors and walls.

I’ve been shopping here for years, the service is impeccable and prices are unbeatable. Staff member Marie-Pierre is very knowledgeable and courteous, she made our experience pleasant and easy!!! What more can a client ask for, super team!

Good selection of tiles, service is really slow. Also noticed the tiles are thinner than other samples I’ve seen elsewhere but maybe that’s why it’s discounted. Otherwise pretty good selection for the prices!

I put 4* but more like a 3 1/2*. Inside the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, but maybe due to this situation now the wait at the counter was long. To many customers to their staff ratio it seems. Once paid for and pick up at the garage side the service just dropped. People that came in after me were served before ... I ended up waiting 30min before I was acknowledged and served 2 bags of grout, it's a bit long. But overall good price.

Had a good experience at this store. Lots of choices for different styles. They didn't have the tiles we wanted in stock but they received it under 2 weeks.

Bought over 550sq ft. of ceramics. Waited over an hour after being told that order is ready for the order to actually be ready to go. I got 4 types of ceramics, and was told by a worker that I have to take the whole batch for one of the ceramics as they were going out of stock. Paid for everything, and went back home. Before installation, I realized that they gave me the wrong ceramics for one of the types that I took. I called, and was told that I can come exchange them. They didn’t seem worried that I would need to drive for over an hour for a mistake they made, nor did they suggest to compensate me for their error. After the call, I read in their own replies to google reviews that end-of-batches are sold for 1$/sq ft, so I was expecting for them to at least give me the end-of-batch for that price because that’s not the price I paid for that batch that I was forced to take in full. They told me that this depends on the tile, which seemed weird because that’s not what they answered another unhappy client in the comments. I guess they decide on prices based on how they feel that day, which seems very unprofessional to me as this is entirely their mistake. Based on interaction with the warehouse worker, they did realize their mistake after we left. So why did no one called us right away? Maybe they were hoping we wouldn’t realize.
