Citrus-O Carpet Care

I have used Citrus-O Carpet Cleaners here in Victoria for 10 years at least on a regular basis - every 1-2 years as I have pets.. They never disappoint. The technicians are always punctual, professional and personable. The technician who came last week was on time, and obviously well trained. He was helpful and did a really fine job. The carpets look new again. They are probably not the cheapest outfit in town, but in the world of carpet cleaning, you get what you pay for. This product is pet friendly, safe with way less chemicals, and smells great - yes citrusy. My carpets were dry by bedtime. I will continue to use them and recommend them. I agree with the previous writer - give the cleaner a tip. He has worked hard.

We are extremley pleased with an outstanding job.The tech Mike was very polite , respectful, fast & efficient and he removed spiots & stains that no other cleaners could or ever did..Our carpets have never looked or been so clean in years.We are not only telling our friends & neighbours but recommend they try Citrus-O . Prompt, courteous and did a good job of cleaning 2 flights of stairs, both treads and risers. No heavy lingering odor, drys quickly. Very personable tech, no pressure whatsoever to upgrade service.Will use Citrus O again.

Charge exorbitantly for Scotch guard. Owner is disreputable.You cleaned my mothers carpet, the $80 we arranged for up upsold to over $400 for some kind of spray guard. You said you would refund once the cheque cleared. You lied. I work in the cleaning industry. I never recommend you and your disreputable company. You were a complete jerk.

Arrived when they said would and were able to get out stains I did not think possible. Technician was hardworking and polite, we are very satisfied. As someone who worked in the industry in the past, I would recommend them. (Note to all others reading this, tip your carpet cleaner if they do a good job. It's hard work!)

Love the service, our place smelled great and they were able to remove the stains from the carpet and upholstery.

Mat did a great job cleaning our very dirty and old carpets, they looked like new again. He was pleasant and efficient. My only quibble is that they took longer to dry than I expected. Yes I would use your service again

Citrus O is my number one go to for carpet cleaning, I have been using them for years now professionally and personal . They do such a great job, I actually write in my tenant agreement that Citrus O carpet care must be hired to do the carpet cleaning before my tenant move out. They have saved me many time when i thought the stains would not come out. PS Get the scotch guard its worth the extra.
