I dealt with Harpreet for an assignment sale matter. The transaction was quite complicated as there were issues related to deposit & upgrades deposit to builder, which the buyer was not agreeing to pay. Its only due to Harpreet's diligent, thoughtful and strategic legal advice, we not only closed property on time but also were able to get all of our deposit back.
