My Optometrist Calgary: Sunridge Vision Centre

My family and I have been coming here for years. The doctors and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them for the whole family!

Horrible experience..Had a vision test for my kid in the first week of July, Was recommended for a different spectacles which was ordered the same day. I was told the glasses would be shipped to my home directly in two weeks. which has not happened so far( 4 weeks). Upon connecting the centre which is apparently undergoing renovation, I have been getting evasive answers and the lady on the other end of the phone is not evening willing to provide the tracking number or contact details of her manager which is very unprofessional. I was told that the manager would get in touch last week itself and no one has reached out to me so far... My child is without her glasses for four weeks now due to the callous, unprofessional service. I am in helpless and hopeless situation for opting to their service that too by paying more than 300 dollars not to forget putting my kids vision at risk.. The least the centre could do is communicate with the clients if there is any delay and train the staff at the reception to delegate the issue to someone in the event they were not able to resolve the matter...

3 days ago you made my daughter wait for 1 hour 30 min until she decided to go as she needs to go to work. Today I am late for 15 min and you don’t want to accomodate me and my 8 year old son who’s so looking forward for his eye check up!! So when you waste our time it’s ok with you, but when we waste yours it’s a big deal!! And you guys always make us wait so long even when we have appointments! So what the heck ?!! The fact that you charge $125 for your eye check up when we can go somewhere for only $85. We’re definitely not coming back!!

A change in eyeglass prescription from this place does not work well for me. I hardly wear my glasses so it’s hard to tell they work for me. Their solution is pay for another eye exam and pay for new eyeglasses.I will not be going back.

Always receive excellent service from the Optometrist and the staff. So nice to trust your eyes health with them!

Dr. Wilcox was excellent and worked with me to find my prescription, the staff were all lovely and very courteous, Althea was incredibly helpful finding my glasses after the prescription, I definitely recommend!

Dr. Brauner and his staff are always caring, welcoming and provide great customer service! I appreciate all their help.

Been coming here for my eye appointments for years! I have always had excellent service from the staff. Whenever I come out to pick out my eyeglasses, the eyewear team have always been very helpful with choosing a frame that suits me. Dr. Brauner is also an excellent optometrist and provides great care! Very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this office.

Deeply appreciate that I can text with the clinic to make appointments and ask questions, makes a big difference for me.I tend to take the train to get there for my exam appointments each year as it's only a quick 2 min walk from the Rundle station. They pay for parking in their parking lot so that was handy when I went back to pick up my new glasses the other day.I have a genetic condition that effects my eyes, so it is reassuring that this clinic has the up to date technology to thoroughly examine them.Recently had a scare with seeing sparks for a bit and then change in vision. I was very worried, and the clinic got me in right away to investigate what was going on. Though that day I saw a different dr than I had seen in years before, it was great because I could be seen as soon as possible. To my relief, all the drs there are qualified to help me.Dr B figured out the eye change right away and explained what was happening and what to watch out for in the future, in a thoughtful and reassuring way.Also, my prescription changed (for the better, amazingly) and I wanted new frames so Rahwa helped me find fun new ones that suit my face & personality, and fit well.This clinic always does their best to help and they've made my life vastly better. Highly recommend :)
