They came to pick us up for our friends bash 30th party. The driver was very courteous and the limousine was as we selected. Nice and clean. Thanks for making it a great day.

Great customer service, I needed a limo for my wedding and although owners was booked solid, they spent about 20 minutes with me on the phone making recommendations and helping me to plan the event, the service they recommended was outstanding as well. Great company, I would recommend them to anyone.

We traveled to Toronto in April for the TIFF Kids Film Festival. I had my wife and 2 children with me and we had booked over the phone before our trip as we didnt want to be looking for a limo last min on such a busy night there... Price was good, service was excellent. If we ever go back to Toronto I would book with them again.

We ordered a limo for our cousins bi 50th party. We had an amazing time in their limos, we got 2 stretch limos and both were new and clean and the drivers were absolutely very nice.

This was the WORST experience ever. This company ruined our journey to our friends wedding. All plans were arranged before hand... Until the day of. If we hadn't called to inquire why our limo wasn't there at the required time, we would have never known they'd switched our original arrangements, and outsourced the job to an unprofessional, substandard, rude and impudent behavior.After showing up 45 mins late.. with little offer to compensate us for the inconvenience, what arrived was a disgrace. The rear wheel had rust bubbles, there was little to no air conditioning, the driver was stubborn and not willing to listen to any driving instructions that were offered. To make matters worst, the driver demanded payment on the spot even though we'd given our credit card to be charged. This driver made us go to the bank machine to obtain cash before leaving our destination.We were forced to demand this driver to return to the pickup location, and we needed to drive oir group in our own vehicles.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! NO APOLOGY WAS GIVEN. IF YOU HAD SOURCE THE JOB OUT, THAT WAS NOT OUR PROBLEM.

I'm not able to specifically write a review about VIP Limo Service for Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge, so I will leave it here.I had a horrible experience with VIP Limo KW. They did not respond to my emails about postponing our wedding from Summer 2020 to Summer 2021. They did not return calls. I was finally able to speak to someone, who stated they forgot" to confirm the postponement date (they had 9 months to do this). I was then firmly told to pay for at least one hour of "buffer" time just in case

I have to say that the entire bridal party, wedding coordinator and staff at our wedding were extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company AND the company that they illegally subcontracted one of our services to (Flash Fleet Services) on June 22, 2019. The two reservations were made several months prior to our wedding and were specific with instructions and details. Our wedding planner followed up with the manager personally the week prior to our wedding to ensure everything was in order. However, on the wedding day, the limos provided by this company were a complete disaster.The SUV limo showed up early as expected of a wedding chauffeur. The sedan towncar which we had also rented did not show up early or even on time. I called the company at 3:06pm since our wedding service started at 4pm and the luxury towncar was still not there. Then a small junky BMW pulled into my parents driveway. This car was not a luxury towncar and we did not ask for a small sedan. If I wanted a car like this to take me to my wedding, I would have driven myself. The car barely held my dad and myself in it and we were so upset with how late he was. The doors were broken and the car was dirty. I also found out that this sedan driver was subcontracted two days before our wedding and he has no affiliation with your company. The contract said absolutely nothing about subcontracting cars. On top of this disaster, the SUV limo had an air conditioner that did not work, hot champagne which the driver did not put on ice and all in all just an awful demeanour of the driver. The sedan car driver made a scene at the reception and demanded that all payment be made in cash which was ALSO not in our contract.The manager tried to make amends and said that they had to subcontract the luxury sedan towncar because their towncar broke down two days before. If that was the case, I should have been notified, so, I could make other arrangements. A tiny BMW is by no means a luxury towncar and was not part of the contract we agreed to. I would never recommend this company or the company they subcontracted one of the cars to.
