I went there today, the customer service was so good. The girl who was working over there was so friendly and her customer service was fast and excellent.

Unfortunately, this subway is close to my work, so I have to come here sometimes, because other places are closed during my break time. Whenever I came to this subway, its not even 1 time that the girl over there served with a smile. She has always been rude. Also, the owner needs to remind her again of the basic rules you need to follow while making a subway. I still remember it was not 4 cucumbers or 4 tomatoes while you make a FOOTLONG SUB.

I ordered green goddess salad, there were no rice in it, only veggies. Please double check the orders you make, for next time. We are paying full price at least we can expect complete meal when ordering??

Super clean and comfy place to relax and enjoy your meal. It’s sort of a truck stop Subway and funny enough it’s open late, up till 9pm and on Annacis Island, Delta. Manpreet was my server and she was totally different than the norm that I too often see from front line our counter service people. Being personable and polite goes along way especially after being in the traffic so long. Subway, if you see this please give Manpreet a high five and maybe tickets to a movie.

Location was clean. Service was quick.For anyone going, there is a lettuce shortage so they are using it sparingly. Don't get upset when you don't see much go on! There is a notice posted on the veggie glass!

Whoever owns this franchise location has clearly asked their staff to put the smallest portion amount of any given item on a sandwich at all times.

The employees don’t understand English. Had to correct the person 3 times to the type of sandwich I wanted and then scream stop as they didn’t listen to my instructions no cheese. The restaurant was absolutely filthy. Every table dirty. This is a very bad subway location.

Both Girls in afternoon shift are rude and not welcoming. They put all the stuff in sub like they are putting them from their own pocket. No customer service skill or. They just don’t give a f^[k to anything. I just go there its close to my work. Please someone tell them to smile a bit and treat better.

Hi,I in the evening shift there is a girl ( Looklike south india ) she treats customers like shift and make faces while making orders and speaks very rudely
