I had the pleasure of working with Eric from Lindgren Land Surveying a few weeks ago. We needed a second opinion on our property lines due to a development going in next door. The development's surveyors didn't locate existing monuments and placed their own property lines instead. Eric went above and beyond to locate the original monuments and then contacted the development's surveyor to have the property line corrected. This was my first experience with property lines and Eric was extremely helpful in explaining the laws around monuments and what rights I have due to the original monuments being located. If we didn't have Lindgren Land Surveying out, we would have been unknowingly donating some of our property to the neighbors.

He then completed the boundary survey locating my existing property corners and setting new corners where missing. He then quickly completed the site survey and provided me with a certified copy, answering any questions and concerns I had.
