Rena is THE absolute best. I've been managing multiple units here for 3 years now and noticed a DRAMATIC shift when she stepped on the scene. She's pleasant, accommodating and goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. Her customer service is A1. Also the new maintenance team is amazing. The place is always spotless. Great team!!

My experience twice with access storage on warden Ave in scarborough has been exceptional. Rena has gone over and above with caring professionalism to make difficult situations easier.It's definitely worth the little bit extra cost to get a ground floor unit though! :) the facility is clean, well lit and easy to access.My only suggestion for improvement is to create a map to follow for where to find the rental locker!Other than that, it's great! I'd highly recommend this facility, keeping in mind each access storage is different and this review is for warden Ave ONLY.

Rena is amazing with her charm and knowledge about storage in general. She took care of my storage matter and explaining me right type of unit and offered me the FIRST CYCLE FREE PROMO!! This location is ideal for me. Security is great. very clean units. They sell security disc locks as well. Thank you Rena! You made my day and took a big burden from my chest. Thank you Access!
