Jodi and Wanda are both super to deal with. The building is clean, organized and friendly with ample parking. The front office we rented had a beautiful window and ample sunlight and was all inclusive for everything we needed. We enjoyed our time leasing here and would recommend it.

It is safe, secure and temperature controlledNow that the building is under new ownership, policies have changed. They quote $54 for outside storage but according to the manager, (this is a direction quote from the manager)Mini Mall Storage charges a minimum fee of $ 100.00 plus HST."They may quote you $54 but will present you with an invoice for $113.00....."
