The car was OK, the service was OK. We returned the car in the evening and left the keys in a special box - no problems whatsoever.

very bad experience, dishonest staff, i was charged 700 euros for what they claimed to be scratches on the front bumper and side door although i'm 100% sure i didn't cause these - and going through previous reviews here i read others had same issue.. so this seems to be habit ...

Not 100% but friendly and correct. Unfortunately the car we received was not clean and had many repairs to be done… for an Enterprise service centre it could be better. Also very crowded and small spot to park.

Had my car towed and my insurance sent me here to get my courtesy vehicle. When I arrived, my file was already in their system and I got a car right away. Just needed to show them my ID, driver's license, and sign a couple paperwork. Thank you to the man working there with the cray heatwave going on!

If negative stars were only an option. I have used Enterprise in at least a dozen countries for almost 20 years. Today was the worst experience. They would not give me a car because they are not able to handle secured credit cards issued by the neighboring country. And to make it worse, when I requested a ride to train I was told to grab a bus. So much for any kind of service redemption moment. I'd find another location if you actually want a car.

FUYEZ !! NE LOUEZ PAS DE VÉHICULE CHEZ EUX!! Ils vous facturent 25000km alors que nous avons effectué 2500km !! +jante soit disant fêlée, griffes diverses sur carrosserie.Depuis le 1er jour de location, la climatisation était défectueuse et l'intérieur du véhicule puait la cigarette et le tabac froid.Après une heure de discussion et négociation, ils ont reconnu leurs erreurs.PAS DU TOUT RECOMMANDABLE !! !!Allez chez Avis, Europcar, Sixt.

Sens commercial inexistant pour une réservation faite via le compte de mon mari avec une carte de notre société et une récupération par mes soins jugée impossible alors que le système de réservation en ligne l'accepte et débit notre compte bien évidemment ! Mon mari arrivant sur Lyon a une heure oula société est fermée.Seule solution proposée par la société l'annulation et le débit de 50€ ! Une honte alors que le site internet permet d'effectuer la réservation ! Réservé chez Hertz , finalement et j'en suis ravie !
