Rivingtons have been noting but accommodating with good customer service with the many times I have used them. Their staff is nice and friendly and do quality work. I will use them again.

Rivington’s offers accurate appraisals reflecting the current market and gets the reports completed and to the respective lenders in a timely fashion. Friendly and professional service every time.

My wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with the wonderful people of Rivingtons appraisals Pembroke. From the very first phone call my wife had with Suzanne to set up an appointment, to me meeting with Mark on sight was professional, courteous and respectful. The timely manner from start to finish is second to none and the amount of Marks appraisal was spot on! These are great people that are extremely knowledgeable at what they do and we would recommend them to anyone.

Emailed them to inquire about an appraisal for a cottage on an island and was informed that they only do them between May and August. Inquired as to why and received a short rude “because that is company policy”. Not what i would call helpful or adequate customer service.

I have used Rivington of Pembroke, dealing with Mark, Russell and Suzanne Schroeder, with 4 separate properties. Excellent service, strait and to the point on any inquiries I've had, and always happy with the personal touch they offer when dealing with evaluations. Very Thorough and Professional.

Had an appraisal done there a couple weeks ago excellent service very quick and professional. Will be using them for the next time. Highly recommend.

We've dealt with Rivingtons on a couple of occasions. First time was okay, the second time was a disaster, was never even offered a business card. Thousands of dollars in renovations, and almost a $500.00 cost for appraisal, the appraisal comes in at almost $40K less than the real estate agents appraisal were. Here for less than 10 minutes. All I can say is, never again will we use Rivingtons, ever.

Horrible service, rude and condescending office person, appraiser arrived at the appointed meeting place and left before we arrived because they said we were late. Was to meet between 830-9, received a call at 845 inquiring as to why we're not there, explained we were 10 minutes away, would be there before 9, appraiser left then the office lady called and rudely told us to find another company and hung up. She was annoyed that we voiced our displeasure at the way they were handling the matter. Even if there was a misunderstanding about timing, no way to treat customers. Would never recommend or deal with these entitled unprofessional people.

This is a great appraisal company to deal with. Mark Schroeder's customer service when it comes to mortgage brokers is next level and his ability to problem solve makes you feel he genuinely appreciates the business you send him. I highly recommend this appraisal company and he will be getting all of my future business as well.
